As women, we wear many hats
Over time, those hats get heavy! Interestingly, we get used to wearing those heavy hats and we don’t notice the toll they’re taking on us…on our bodies, on our relationships and on our emotional and mental health. We over function, we use up our energy and we don’t take time to do the things that will regenerate the energy we need to live and relate in healthy ways. We can work on that. We can figure out the ways you are doing too much and the areas where you are doing too little. We can address the anxiety and worry you feel every day and create a plan to think more calmly and clearly. I will hold space for you while you make room for yourself.
